We wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for the generous patrons who have supported our cause. And now, as we rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic, we need your help more than ever! BGO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so your charitable contribution is tax-deductible as allowed by law (even if you don't itemize on your taxes!). In addition, everyone who donates, no matter the amount, is acknowledged in our printed program, and certain levels of giving entitle donors to additional benefits. But there are also ways that individuals can help out without directly donating money. These include volunteering, lending us items for use in our shows (such as furniture or props), attending performances, and even shopping on Amazon.com (Amazon's "Smile" program will donate a portion of your payment to BGO).
We've been fortunate to receive support from dozens of local businesses. Whether by placing an ad in our program, offering us in-kind support (free or discounted goods or services), or signing on as a sponsor (for a performance, and production, or a whole season), teaming up with BGO offers local businesses the opportunity to increase their visibility in the community, to piggy-back on our multi-media marketing campaigns, and to publicize their support for the arts and arts education, all while helping us to realize our goals of presenting new works and training those who take part in them. If you own a business, please consider supporting BGO - your help will make a huge difference!
